Il Covid ha monopolizzato l'attenzione dei media e le vite delle persone da ormai quasi tre anni. Ma è davvero iniziato a circolare solo dal 2020? Aumentano, infatti, sempre più le segnalazioni di persone che ritengono di aver avuto molteplici sintomi riconducibili alla malattia ben prima che la pandemia si abbattesse sul mondo. E tutte quelle persone che denunciano questa condizione non si sarebbero in seguito ammalate di Covid-19. "Io stesso ho avuto un forte malessere nel 2018, sono arrivato a non sentire odori e sapori per un anno, e da quando è iniziata la pandemia non ho perso un giorno di lavoro", commenta Fabio Duranti.

Perché di fronte a questi elementi non si raccolgono dati con il criterio scientifico, per capire cosa sta succedendo? "Il solo fatto che la notizia che gli anticorpi erano presenti già nell'agosto 2019 non sia ripresa fa saltare tutta la narrativa del pipistrello di Wuhan", afferma il dottor Vanni Frajese. "Qualcuno provi a smentire questo dato, se ci riesce. Ma sono dati scientifici, non opinioni. Se non se ne parla, il problema non sussiste. In due anni non ho mai detto opinioni, ma fornito dati. La Pfizer stessa ha detto ora di non avere i dati di sicurezza sulle persone in gravidanza. Il fatto che gli altri non lo ripetano non cambia la realtà delle cose: puoi girarti dall'altra parte, ma non la cambi".

"Diceva Lenin che i fatti hanno la testa dura, possono esser contraddetti solo dai fatti", aggiunge Alessandro Meluzzi. "Gli unici che contano sono i fatti che riguardano il comportamento collettivo delle persone. Che pochissimi vip abbiano fatto la quarta dose è un fatto, neanche i medici l'hanno fatto. Nonostante la dittatura di Xi Jinping, le persone in Cina protestano e abbattono le transenne, anche questo è un fatto. Dobbiamo promuovere i fatti, ma non quelli dei fact cheker, quelli veri. Avranno anche il potere, ma a un certo punto saranno costretti a correggere il tiro del loro marketing. Ora puntano sulla vaccinazione, poi sulle terapie genetiche contro qualsiasi tipo di malattia. Anche in questo campo arriveranno a una qualche approssimazione a una verità fattuale. In questo sistema il nostro compio è diffondere dubbi".
